Directions
1. Wet the bristles of your toothbrush. 2. Apply toothpaste to the bristles. 3. Hold the toothbrush at a 45 degree angle to the gum lines. 4. Brush the outside of your upper and lower teeth. 5. Brush the insides of your upper and lower teeth. 6. Brush the chewing surfaces of your teeth. 7. Clean your tongue and cheek insides. 8. Rinse your mouth and toothbrush thoroughly.
