Feed the cable through the hole, then release to allow the tool to clamp itself onto the cable. Follow the instructions printed on the tool and rotate once in the suggested direction depending on the thickness of the insulation. Open the tool and slide out the cable, then bend the cable back and forth to release the outer jacket.
