Approx. Apply generously 20 minutes before sunshine, let it absorb well. Avoid contact with eyes. Apply multiple times to maintain sun protection, especially after staying in water, drying and sweating. Low application volumes significantly reduce the protection performance. Avoid intense midday sun. Exposing yourself excessively to the sun is dangerous. Even sunscreen with high SPF does not offer complete protection from UV rays.
