Baking sheet is coated non-stick glass fibre, economical and reusable 200 times over. Non-stick properties of each side: easy pastry removal or mould release. Very fine sheet: does not affect heat diffusion or transmission. Fits all sizes and shapes of baking cuts easily with scissors to adjust the sheet to the shape of any mould. Withstands temperatures from -170 degrees Celsius to +260 degrees Celsius. Care: wash by hand with a non-abrasive sponge. Dry thoroughly before storing. Discard when the non-stick properties begin to disappear. Not dishwasher-safe.
