The Thistle Nouveau is a striking design by Alphonse Mucha who was an illustrative Czech artist in the early 1900’s. His style became known as Art Nouveau. Often imitated, his style is still extremely popular and recognizable today. Window Roundels are round glass decorations designed to hang in a window of the home. Various sizes of Roundel are produced by hand-painting directly onto the glass. The Window Art Roundels and Panels are framed with traditional stained glass lead, and hung with trace chain. All products are supplied with window suction cups. It is recommended to apply a smear of egg white on the back of the window suction cups to prevent them drying out in double glazed and drier window conditions. Constant strong sunlight should be avoided. Supplied in a fine burgundy gift box.
