This is a 2 cavity mould made from thick semi-rigid ABS plastic which can be used over and over again. Simply wash in warm (not hot!) soapy water and it’ll last you for many casts!
Make your own concrete casts with this multi-cavity mould. I’ve added extra pictures of some finished casts to give you an idea of how you might like to paint your casts. LOTS MORE FAMILY MEMBERS and a matching Double Stand Mould also available. SOLD SEPARATELY.
Your casts will pop out of the mould easily, but if you like you could rub a TINY amount of normal kitchen vegetable oil on the inside of the mould before pouring in your concrete mix to facilitate demoulding.
If you’re new to concrete casting, some common mixes you could try are: 4 parts sharp sand to 1 part cement, OR 2 parts sharp sand to 1 part cement, OR 3 parts mixed gravel and sand to 1 part cement.
Each memorial stone you cast from this mould will measure appox. 13cm x 11.5cm x 1.5cm deep
