Instructions for use: No soap is needed. 1-Take a shower or steam bath for 10 minutes. Turn off the water or move away from the water. Leave the skin wet; do not dry with a towel. 2-Wet the glove to activate the fibers and squeeze out excess water. Do not use soap, as this makes silk slippery and ineffective. 3-Place the exfoliating glove under the shower on your hand. Applying light pressure, rub the skin in long passes. Increase the pressure to achieve the desired exfoliation level. 4-After exfoliation, rinse dead skin. Rinse the exfoliating glove with warm water or mild soap. Hand wash only.
