Common problems and Solutions:

-NO WATER OUT, Empty the air inside the impeller room.
-SMALL FLOW AND SHOCK, Empty the air inside the impeller room.
-SMALL FLOW, Max the regulator or exchange the pump of bigger flow rate.
-The bottom drain pipe is thin, the flocculent material blockages the pipe for a long time, the pump increases the burden, the water flow is very small, the sound of the pump increases, and the circulation water volume edge is very small.
-After a period of time, algae will grow in the water pipe, which will increase the resistance of the water.
Tips and Solutions:
1. Please put the whole body into the water, wait for the water to fill the intake chamber and drain pipe, then put the outlet of the drain pipe outside the fish tank, turn on the motor, and the water can be pumped up.
2. If the pump can not work properly, it is necessary to clean the pump (dismantle the internal cleaning) some impurities in the fish tank will be blocked by a filter. Please take the propeller and axle of the pump down to see, maybe it is wrapped with debris inside, please make sure the pump is thoroughly cleaned up.
