The Discovery Basics BBC 8×21 is a Porro prism model that provides a good view and 8x magnification. It’s compact and lightweight as well as easy to travel with. Therefore, this model is ideal for people who have an active lifestyle: hikers, campers, orienteering enthusiasts, birdwatchers, and others. The binoculars are great for daytime observation so that you can see the world around you in detail.
The optics deliver a crisp and clear image as the lenses and prisms are made of BK-7 glass. Thanks to the wide field of view, you can comfortably study large areas and observe groups of objects, including fast-moving ones. You can adjust the sharpness by rotating the central focusing wheel, and you can also adjust the interpupillary distance. The eyecups have a twist-up design, so the binoculars can fit different users.
Designed for handheld observation: no need to mount them on a tripod, as the image will be stable and shake-free.
