Who would have thought, two years previously, that the Popstars wannabe and figure of public ridicule would actually make good his promise of a number one single and an album of original material? Dive In is the album nobody saw coming after the infamous ponytail and beard combo butchered Britney Spears’ “Baby One More Time” on national television. However, after some rethinking and a drastic makeover, Darius captured hearts as one of the runners-up in 2002’s Pop Idol contest. Dive In begins with his three singles in chronological order”Colourblind”, “Rushes” and “Incredible”.
