This circlip holds the spring and plates in place on the rear of door handles and knobs. This is the most common size of circlip used in the majority of door handles. It is designed for a 14.3mm diameter groove within 15mm shaft. To fit the circlip you will need a pair of external circlip pliers to open the circlip up before placing the circlip into the groove.
