They are of a standard bore, suitable for use with standard shell mill holders, with a large diameter available up to 100 mm. D400 bore cutters are suitable for slitting and cutting in aluminium, stainless steel, cast iron and steels, and will give clean and accurate results, thanks to the bright finish which prevents work piece material from sticking to the cutting edges of the tool.
