Horizontal locking steps enable the Dr. Oetker baking sheet to be adjusted to the desired size; it fits into any standard oven. The extra high rim is great for both cake and pizza. To ensure successful baking results, the surface is coated with a special non-stick coating. This allows the contents to be easily removed and easy cleaning of the tray.
