Instruction:
1. In order to achieve the best start-up and extend the service life, add a small amount of lubricating oil to the pump inlet before use, and rinse with clean water after each use.
2. Make sure the inlet hose is sealed and as short as possible, the hose should not exceed 9 feet (2.75 meters).
3. Working in the temperature range of 5~49℃.
4. When pumping solidified abrasive or liquid, use a filter on the inlet line to obtain a longer pump life.
5. It is recommended to install the pump on the surface for safe use.
6. Install and start the drill. Observe whether a certain amount of fluid in the oil inlet pipe is drawn into the pump within 15-20 seconds. If not, check whether the oil inlet pipe is correctly installed on the oil inlet pump. Don’t run dry. If the pump fails to start, check the hose for kinks or blockage. The pump depends on whether the fluid is used for lubrication
