From the hand of the director Christopher Nolan (Interstellar, Origin, the trilogy of The Dark Knight) arrives Dunkirk. Nolan has directed Dunkerque from an original screenplay of his, using a mixture of IMAX and 65 mm film to take the film to the big screen. Dunkirk begins with a scene in which hundreds of thousands of British and allied troops are surrounded by enemy troops. Trapped on the beach, with the sea cutting them off, they face an impossible situation as the enemy approaches.
