This Easy Wood Tools Pro Finisher has a round carbide cutter and is perfect for doing the inside work on bowls and for larger coves on spindle work. It is engineered to be rested level and horizontal on the tool rest and begin the cut by pushing the tool straight in using just the nose of the tool. This tool can also aggressively hog away green wood. The toolbar is precision machined from ½” x ½” solid stainless steel and is 8 ½” long. The handle is 20” long, 2” in diameter and made from super-hard American Hickory to dampen vibration. The handle features an easy grip shape that allows for different hand positions. Tool comes with a Ci0 solid carbide round cutter that can be rotated to expose a new cutting surface just by loosening the screw, 1/4 to 1/3 turn to the cutter to expose a fresh edge and then tighten screw back down.
