Indications Echiomega contains approximately 73% polyunsaturated fatty acids, of which 26% are omega-6 and 47% omega-3. This optimal omega-6 to omega-3 ratio of 1:1.8 makes it an ideal oil for nutraceutical application. Echiomega is also the highest commercially available source of SDA, a unique vegetarian omega-3 fatty acid that has known benefits for immune function and for regulating inflammatory pathways.
