The Lutec DragonFly is a compact bright, functional, Solar and USB rechargeable Lantern. The award winning design is available in 4 colours and is constructed of UV stabilised tough ABS plastic. Water resistant (IP54 Rated), protected from water spray from any direction. Rugged rubber base, offers improved water resistance on damp surfaces, better surface grip and resistance from everyday bums and knocks. The light is ideal for; camping, festivals, caravan camping, in car for emergency breakdown, emergency survival kit and many other “off grid” uses. The lantern includes two integrated amorphous silicon solar panels and an integral rechargeable battery (3.7V 2200mAh Li-ion). The Lantern is Solar charged from empty in up to 8 hours (subject to sunlight intensity), top up at every opportunity to keep Lantern full charged. Use charging indicator, shown when on charge (red for charging, green for charged), to establish when fully charged. Additionally rechargeable by USB via integrated Micro USB port using any standard USB socket, phone charger, laptop etc (1m Micro USB cable included supplied). Once charged the lantern holds charge for up to 6 months, with an operating time of up to 40 Hours, dependent on the selected light output level; Level 1 “Brightest” (120 lumens) 6 Hours. Level 2 “Reading Light” (50 lumens) 10 Hours. Level 3 “Night Light” (10 lumens) 40 Hours. This product is critically acclaimed for it’s design, coupling function with aesthetic.
