Directions:
For seat cushion: Place the seat cushion on the desired surface with the ErgoRelief logo at the front. The non-slip rubber bottom will keep the seat cushion secured in place.
For lumbar cushion: Buckle the elasticated strap around the back support of the desired seat with the lumbar elevated roughly 3 inches above the seat cushion for optimum back support.
