The ESi Controls range of motorised Zone Valves are easy-fit, simply move the lever to the manual position and push the black button to release the actuator head. The range has been designed with the installer in mind, and all are a quick, easy and reliable replacement for the market leader, and similar type bodies. Either directly replace the actuator head with the two screws provided, or replace the entire unit with the ESi Controls brass body footprint acting as a direct replacement. The manual lever means no filling/draining the system, making it a quick-fit direct replacement for most households, with replacement actuator heads and motors available and easy to exchange. The ESi Controls Zone Valves are a proven and reliable range, with quiet operation and minimum power usage. They are available in 2 or 3 port, 22mm or 28mm. The spring return valves have been designed to be used in commercial, industrial and domestic central heating systems which, when correctly wired with an appropriate room thermostat, cylinder thermostat and programmer, will control the water flow from the boiler to hot water, and from the boiler to ‘central heating’.
