The nesting box can already be hung up in Autumn, as it offers the birds a quiet place to breed, as well as protection from the rough winter months. The box should be hung about 1.8 m from the ground, with at least 10 m between it and the next nesting box, ensuring that the birds are not disturbed when breeding. Do not hang in direct sunlight.
