EVERBAY DORADO LAKE is a lure originally designed for fishing in lakes (as the name suggests), its compact construction, high weight and carp-like shape made it a lake pike killer. The big weight allows very long casts and the strong action allows very slow retrieves, like the sluggish spring pike like. Its biggest advantage, however, is that even while trolling it does not dive to great depths. In spring this feature may be the most important. Apart from its big weight, strong action and shallow diving are the features that make Lake an excellent weapon for pike predators feeding on overflows at night. The undoubted advantage of this small wobbler is that it can be cast really far, which is often the basis for success in catching shy fish.
