Q1: Why does this sleeved extension cable have 7 of 8 pin while the original cable has a full 8 of 8 pin?
A1: The only 1 hole, which is not pierced with a pin, can be used as GND (ground wire) to protect the equipment. That means this hole has no influence on the normal work for this PSU extension cable.
Q2: Can this GPU riser extension cable work well with my GeForce RTX 3080?
A2: Due to the reason that RTX 3080 has 12pin female, our GPU extension cable cannot work with RTX 3080. Our PCI-e 5.0 extension cable can work with 12+4pin female GPU like RTX 3090Ti and RTX 4000 Series.
