The Fenix E18R torch has a maximum output of 750 lumens from the Cree XP-L HI LED and is powered by either 1 x RCR123 (16340) Li-ion or CR123 single use battery. The light is rechargeable via a magnetic charging port on the side of the body, but please note this can only be used when powered by a Li-ion RCR123 battery. The high performance, compact torch is perfect for everyday carry and can accompany you on any adventure or everyday task, as it is made from tough, durable materials. Only slightly longer than an AA battery, the E18R can be carried in a pocket, backpack or bag and attached with the included pocket clip or use the magnetic tail cap to secure it to a metal surface. The Fenix E18R is operated by a single side switch, providing access to the four brightness modes and strobe mode. The torch offers three ways to prevent accidental activation. When the light is switched off double click the switch to lock and unlock, rotate the body clip to physically block the switch or rotate the pocket clip so that the height of the metal ring is the same as the switch. The switch has a built-in battery level indicator which can be checked by single pressing when the light is off. The LED will glow green which the battery capacity is between 85% and 100&, flash green when between 50% and 85%, glow red when between 25% and 50% or flash red to show the battery is critically low between 1% and 25%.
