DESCRIPTION The PFO brace is an unprecedented locking system, which stabilizes the 4th and 5th radius and follows the patient even in the rehabilitation phase thanks to its different forms of joint. An absolute novelty that makes it suitable for multiple applications in hand surgery. INDICATIONS – PFO BLOCKED IN FLESSION Brace MTC-F fixed at 60° (wrist joint blocked at 0° or in flexion at 30° or free). Fractures of 4° and/or 5° MTC-F: base diaphysis distal epiphysis conservative or surgical (in post operatory). Fractures first phalanx 4° and/or 5° finger: distal epiphysis diaphysis base. Flying dislocation of MTC-F of 4° and/or 5° radius. Superficial and/or deep flexor tendon injury of 4°-5° post-operative radius – PFO TUTORE BLOCKED TO 0° Bending brace MTC-F fixed at 0° (wrist joint blocked at 0°). Dupuytren disease 4th and/or 5th radius. Extensor tendon lesions (common 4° and/or 5° radius and 5° radius and 5° radius). dorsal dislocation of MTC-F of the 4th and/or 5th radius – TUTORE PFO DYNAMIC Tutor with MTC-F Dynamic (limitation R.O.M. 0°-30° or 0°-60° or 0°-free) wrist joint blocked at 0° or 30° flexion or free (according to the opinion of the orthopedic surgeon). Early or late dynamization of 4° and/or 5° radius in the treatment of previously listed diseases – PFO TUTORE locked in SWAN NECK position Wrist joint locked in 60° or 90° extension, MTC-F joint blocked at 60° in flexion. Further possible immobilization configurations as per reference bibliography (according to the opinion of the orthopedic surgeon). MEASUREMENTS Sizes S: 5.56.5 in. M: 6.58.0 in. L: 8.09.5 in. When taking the measures, the distance between the centers of rotation of the wrist and the 5th metacarpal should be considered.
