The SS Reconnaissance Company HQ (Plastic) (GBX153) tank card includes two MP40 SMG teams, two SD car 250 half-track sprues, a half track crew sprue and three unit cards. The armored SS armoured grenadiers and their reconnaissance company brothers had a lot in common as they are fanatically hard infantry mounted in armored half-rails. The real difference came in the form of their transport. While the tank grenadiers fought from their large Sd Kfz 251 half-rails, the awareness company was mounted in the smaller, secret Sd Kfz 250 half-way. Its smaller size meant they needed twice as many to carry a plattoon, but that also meant they had twice as many machine guns when they needed them.
