Hand carved from selected tone woods Forenza Prima bodies feature solid ebony fingerboards and inlaid purfling. Ebony pegs, nuts and saddles, are fitted as standard, together with good quality (rope core) strings and metal tailpieces with integral adjusters. The outfit comes with a lightweight case with integral cover, accessory pockets and carrying straps, together with a good quality wood bow (with ebony frog) and of course, rosin. Available in Full, 3/4, 1/2, 1/4, 1/8 and 1/10 size. In very approximate terms, violin sizes for different aged children are as follows: 1/10: 4-5 Yrs, 1/8: 5-6 Yrs, 1/4: 6-7 Yrs, 1/2: 8-9 Yrs, 3/4: 10-11 Yrs, Full Size: 12 Yrs and older.
