The 8314-160TL diagonal side cutters manufactured to DIN ISO 5749 in drop forged tempered steel oil hardened and annealed. The cutting edges are induction hardened to 63-65HRC giving a cutting capacity in medium hard wire of 1.6mm and then precision ground. The slender head makes these side cutters ideal for use in confined spaces. The 2 component handle protectors are designed for maximum ergonomic grip. The heads have a clear varnish finish. The overall length of the pliers is 160mm.
