Geemarc AmpliDect 295 SOS PRO cordless phone with SOS pendant gives you peace of mind and flexibility of having the phone or pendant with you. If you can’t take the call, allow the caller to leave a message. Or answer the call through the pendant and have a normal conversation. Either the phone or the SOS pendant can be used to initiate it’s unique SOS feature. Upon pressing the SOS button, the phone will automatically call the preprogramed numbers until a person answers the call. Once the SOS call has been connected the injured party can have a conversation with the remote helper either through the pendant or through the handset. The handset is amplified up to 30dB to help those with low to medium hearing loss. It also has a flashing light on the handset to indicate an incoming call pendant has two memory buttons to store numbers to call out to. The really loud ring on the handset and on the pendant makes sure you don’t miss that call. The handset allows up to 50 numbers to be stored in the phone book. Scrolling through the last ten numbers on the phone allows you to dial any one of these numbers at a press of a buttone display with black font on a white background give great contrast for easy reading. Talk time is 8 hours, standby time is 4 days between charges. Outdoor range is 300m and indoor 50m. The answerphone can record up to 15 minutes of messages. A great feature is that you can call in and retrieve your messages remotely. A mains lead and phone cord as well as batteries for the base unit and the handset as well as the pendant, pendant lanyard and its own charging pod and user guide are provided in the box.
