Geemarc 595 Combi corded phone and AMPLIDECT 595 (Handset) bundle The bundle represent together a wonderful unit for users (elderly people and to those with sight and hearing impairments) who need both an amplified loud telephone and an additional handset, which operates independently of the base with its own charging cradle. The phone which is highly amplified and hearing aid compatible on both units allows flexibility of taking the cordless phone with you to make and receive calls and when you can’t take the call allows the caller to leave a message. Linked to the Combidect595, the memory buttons on the Combidect595 will automatically transfer to the Amplidect595. Of course you can change the numbers if you want. Each photo button has a lift up lid to add or change the image on the button. Once all the buttons are loaded and saved, the phone will dial out easily by pressing the appropriate button. Calls coming in to the phone can by answered by the handset too. The volume on the phone can be increased by up to impressive 50 decibels, a speakerphone on the unit allows for hands-free conversation. The range of the phone is up to 50m indoors and up to a remarkable 300m outdoors, as with all our cordless phones, this one is also Hearing Aid Compatible. Talk time is 10 hours and standby 2 days. You can make and receive calls on the main desk top phone if you prefer to sit in one spot to make the call. The great feature here is that if you can’t get to or don’t want to answer the phone, your caller can easily leave a message on the answering machine on the main unit. The answering machine can hold up to 30 minutes of recording time. Accessing the messages from away from home is a cinch. Just call in and enter a unique PIN number and you can listen to the messages. Also you can retrieve the messages from either the main phone or from the cordless phone while at home.
