- Model-P2 improves on our original clear hamster cage Model-P. The cage lid is now as thick as the wall panels and is fully lockable. The side panels can be easily removed via thumb screws to facilitate easy dumping of dirty bedding. The ventilation windows in the side walls are smaller than before to prevent small pets from escaping and can be fully blocked with additional hole blocks. The cage handle holes have been replaced by aluminum handles to prevent escapes and improve appearance. The cage bottoms are now yellow panels, which not only look better but are also less prone to getting dirty.
- Attention: Small animals vary greatly in size and their capability to squeeze through gaps. We recommend that you observe your pets to see if they can escape through the small ventilation holes on the side panels. For high-risk escapees, we also provide a set of hole blocks in our Amazon store for blocking and minimizing the ventilation holes while still maintaining proper airflow. Accessories such as wheels and hideouts are NOT included in the cage. You can buy them separately from our Amazon Store.
