Unlike other diverters, the Gutter Mate is the only diverter that has a built in filter which allows you to filter out leaves and debris before it enters the water butt, tank, drain or soakaway. This will help to reduce the chances of blocked drains or contaminated water butts.
Once the water butt is full, the diverter automatically shuts off the flow of water to the water butt and redirects it down the downpipe to the drain ensuring the water butt doesn’t overflow.
Is the Gutter Mate suitable for me?
The Gutter Mate is designed to accept 68mm, 76mm and 80mm diameter round downpipes and 65mm and 75mm square downpipes, without any adaptors or reducers.
*Please know: This item will fit a 60mm downpipe, if the wall thickness is 1 1/2″mm or less, and 61mm if the wall thickness is 2mm or less.
