The hand-forged Hult axe is manufactured in our forge in the south of Sweden, in Hults Bruk. The splitting axe is made of premium materials, such as Swedish steel and hickory wood. The head of this axe is shaped specifically for splitting logs. The blade has a slightly convex edge, which is easy to resharpen. The handle can also be replaced if needed. With the right maintenance, this axe will last for years and can be passed down through generations.

- MATERIAL – The splitting axe is made of high-quality materials. The axe head is made of high-quality CO2-neutral Swedish steel with a hardness of 55 HRC and coated with linseed oil to protect against corrosion. The handle consists of North American hickory wood, which is both flexible and strong. To ensure the safest possible connection to the handle, the axe head is connected to the handle in two ways, with a wooden wedge as well as a steel ring.
