Here are some answers to the most common questions and comments we do not want to delay: Hazet Hexa twist pack. All torque wrenches of the workshop classic from the system 5000-3CT series are delivered in weight-reduced and resource-saving packaging. The Hexa twist pack is still robust and ensures that the tool arrives safely to you. In addition, it also offers enough space for the most important sockets with SW 17 or SW 19. For example, when changing the wheel, you always have everything at hand in a practical packaging that can be easily stored anywhere – even in the boot of your vehicle – and does not take up much space. Leaking oil. A special smooth-running oil is used for lubricating the ratchet inner parts in the torque wrench. This is a quality building block that contributes to the longevity of the ratchet mechanism. Due to the low viscosity, the oil may escape from the ratchet housing. But this is no reason to panic: the oil is easy to wipe clean and does not constitute a defect, which affects the function of our quality key in any form. Game of the ratchet wheel. In the construction of the torque wrench, a so-called game fit was provided between the ratchet wheel and the cover plate or the housing.
