To make a tea, put 1 tsp of Nettle Root to a cup and add 200 ml of hot (not boiling) water. Cover and let it steep for 5-15 minutes. After this time, strain the beverage and drink. You can also add some lemon or mint for better taste. Available in 100 g pack.
