High Quality Wafer/Rice Paper plus is thicker than the standard wafer paper packs at 0.7mm per sheet. Wafer Paper can be used on dry frostings or baked onto biscuits or cookies. When used on cakes it is recommended, covering the cake with almond paste (marzipan) or the rolled fondant before you add the printed Wafer Paper. Moisten the cake frosting slightly before adding the edible paper to keep it in place.
