Common issue
1. Why is the board not transparent?
Answer: In order to avoid plate damage, our plates are provided with protective films on both sides, and after cutting, there are burrs on the edges of the individual plates. This is a normal situation and not a quality problem. Tear off protective films, plate is clear and transparent.
2. Why is the received display box not assembled?
Answer: Since our panels are made of acrylic material that belongs to plexiglass, the likelihood of damage during transport in the final state is very high, so you need to assemble them yourself after receipt.
