COMMON PROBLEM
1. Why is the board not transparent?
Answer: To avoid panel damage, our panels are protected with films on both sides, and after cutting, there are burrs on the edges of the individual panels. This is a normal situation and not a quality problem. Removing the protective films will make the panel clear and transparent.
2.Why isn’t the received display box assembled?
Answer: Since our panels are made of acrylic material, which belongs to Plexiglas, the likelihood of damage during transportation in the final state is very high, so you need to assemble it yourself upon receipt.
