- SPECIAL MATERIAL HF PVC. HF means ”high frequency welding”; this particular welding allows to obtain a single body joined at the molecular level and thus allows to obtain perfect results.
- The operation of high-frequency welding lies in the passage through the HF energy material in the form of an electromagnetic field at a certain frequency. This frequency is very intense and is used to produce heat, which then allows to dissolve the materials to be joined.
- Classic laser cut valve on PVC. PVC Inner Tube Inflate the balloons with special inflation needles. Inflate by adjusting the air pressure gradually. From time to time put pressure on the flask to see the actual presence of air.
- Instructions for proper inflation: insert the tip of the needle into the valve opening (not to spoil it, moisten the needle rhyme to insert it into the ball). Take the pump knob and start blowing air. The ball should begin to swell; proceed slowly to avoid exaggeration and exert excessive pressure on the seams.
- The balloon is individually wrapped and, for logistical reasons, will be delivered deflated. Inflation needle not included.
