Its a 20 cm length, 12 cm width platform so there is plenty of room to play, stretch out those busy feet, rest, relax and to lie down. Its designed mainly for smaller birds, for example: budgerigars, parrotlets, canaries and finches. It’s recommended for strong cages that have strong bars to accommodate the weight and size. It can be used either outside or inside the cage. The base is made from natural european redwood with smooth straight edges and the top layer has a beech dowling wood tube perimeter which is great for toys that clip on and to give the platform a perch look and feel and to provide a barrier to hold in the toys and foods such as millet and fruits. Attaching the platform couldn’t be easier. All you have to do is insert the stainless steel bolts, then attach the washers then screw on the wingnuts.
