The multi-layer organic cotton ribbon in cool dark blue is robust enough to withstand everyday life. The thread of the seams comes from a German supplier and is also ecologically certified. Large numbers and minute division contribute to easy readability and make it a good learning watch. The olive-coloured case with refined surface gives the boys’ watch the finishing touch. Again, the highest quality for the “offspring” has been selected with pure aluminium and a 99.99% purity. The case back, crown and strap clasp are deliberately made from the skin-friendly type 304 steel. The packaging is made of environmentally friendly FSC certified paper. Even the printing inks are not oil- but soy-based.
Jacques Farel children’s watches are climate-neutral, as the CO2 emissions generated during production and transport are compensated by the internationally recognised, non-profit organisation “myclimate”. The compensation flows into a climate protection project in Kenya – into the preservation of the unique Kakamega rain forest
