How to make cream horn?

1. Roll the dough into a rectangle;

2. Use a knife to evenly cut puff pastry sheet into strips;

3. Brush a small amount of oil on the horn mold;

4. Starting at the pointed end, wrap upward the strips around the cream horn mold to the larger end;

5. Brush the prepared egg liquid;

6. Bake or fry until golden brown ;
