For more than 25 years, our family business has been involved in the development and production of spice and coffee grinders for many renowned consumer brands worldwide. We continuously incorporate this experience into the further development of our products. For the 25th anniversary of the company we have decided to offer a new grinder collection under our own brand. Kinu (grinder in Swahili) was first launched in 2014. Gradually different models were developed and produced. Our products are real tools as well as designer works. Thanks to our technical know – how and the rapid implementation of various projects, the brand of Kinu Grinders (Europe as well as the USA) has been developed after almost 4 years of work, where we offer a small coffee grinder collection. After more than 22 million spice and coffee grinders produced, the journey is far from over… It is just beginning.

- Attention to detail makes the M47 one of the best hand grinders available today. Kinu M47 Simplicity is all about fine craftsmanship and an excellent hand grinder experience. The design is very similar to the M47 Classic and has a steel grinder and bearing brackets, plus the steel burrs, adjustment and drive shaft divided into the line.
- The simplicity is mainly the use of an ABS plastic funnel and grinding to reduce cost and weight compared to the M47 Classic. The grinding setting with Simplicity is micro stepped with 50 steps per turn of the dial that corresponds to 0.01mm between burrs.
- This gives you a good resolution for espresso grinding as well as quick switching to drip grinding. With the 4 bearings inside, you can grind ultra-smooth, and the 47 mm coated steel burrs provide excellent taste for espresso. Both the funnel and the grinds catch hold about 40-50 grams of coffee.
- The M47 Simplicity is made of steel and ABS plastic, with a plastic thumb stop for grip. The burrs, bearings, axle, grinding adjustment, handle arm and bottom bracket brackets are all made of steel, with a steel cylinder for the grinding body. The funnel, the grinds and the handle pompom are made of ABS plastic.
