Each bristle is separated by a small gap, so they don’t clump together but can mop up and evenly spread roasting juices and marinades.
With silicones easy scrape, anti-scratch properties, this 26 cm / 10″ basting and pastry brush is also great for greasing cake tins, baking trays and roasting pans. It won’t damage non-stick or ceramic coatings.
