The Klingspor fibre discs CS 565 is the abrasive grain made of zirconia corundum. This grain is very tough, hard and has a crystalline uniform structure. It is self-sharpening so that the discs can be achieved for a long time perfect grinding results. All types of abrasive grit used by Klingspor are produced in a synthetic way. This means that they always have the same properties and have a consistently good quality. A high abrasion is ensured by the dense dispersion, because the fibre discs CS 565 almost the entire surface is covered with abrasive grain. The high spread density also ensures a long service life. It and the self-sharpening abrasive grain zirconia corundum allow steel, stainless steel and metal to be processed with low material use and low cost. The top coat: solid resin with high adhesion. The uniformity of the top coat is checked by Klingspor, with the support of laser technology and by production-accompanying weight measurements.
