Straight Edged Peeler – Makes light work of firm vegetables and fruits such at carrot, potatoes, sweet potatoes, apples, even tough skinned butternut squash. This blade cuts with amazing smoothness and peels paper thin strips for minimise waste.

To change the peeling function: Simply Use the white spindles either side of the blade area to rotate the head unit forwards until your chosen peeler blade clicks into the correct position. Your peeler is ready to go.
