To determine the correct size of the perforated sheet, please measure between the two guides in the oven and not on the oven wall. It is even easier to measure an already matching perforated plate.
Please note: It is possible that certain scratch marks occur during production, as is common in the production of professional baking trays. However, these scratches do not affect the quality of the sheet or the baking result.
The perforated sheets are made of aluminium and have a fine perforation, so they may warp slightly when heated. However, after cooling, they return to their normal shape.
