Leica DISTO D2 Laser Distance Measurer

The Leica DISTO D2 is a highly accurate laser distance measuring instrument. Easy to use, the D2 is the smallest laser measure available, yet it still has a wide range of features and functions to suit the demands of the many trades that are using this instrument. With a range of 60 metres and an accuracy of 1.5mm, the D2 has become the accepted tool for most indoor measurement applications, saving valuable time over other measuring methods and is the laser measure chosen by estate agents and surveyors, flooring contractors, electricians, plumbers, carpenters, etc.
As well as having calculator functions of addition and subtraction, the D2 can calculate areas and volumes, the results being easy to read on the clear 3 line illuminated display. The display allows 3 measurements to be shown simultaneously, no need to stop to write down after each measurement; by using the recall memory the last 10 measurements can be easily and quickly recalled. The continuous measuring function allows the D2 to perform as a rolling tape measure, the display showing the minimum and maximum measurement as well as the current measurement. The D2 also has a fold out end-piece which locks in position, allowing accurate measurement from edges or corners.
