The converter features a 10/100Base-TX RJ-45 port, supports full duplex and half-duplex switch connectivity as well as 10Base-T and 100Base-TX auto sensing. With single-mode fibre optic cables, the network range can be extended up to 80 km. The converter can be used either standalone or as a slide module for the CHV-2000 19″ chassis, which can accommodate up to 14 converters for use in a central data distributor.
