The WTM-1200 is a measuring device for measuring the light transmission of all transparent and semi-transparent materials such as glass, plexiglass, plastic, film etc. On the LCD display, the measurement result is displayed as light transmission in percentage, i.e. how much light of the emerging light beam penetrates the test surface. The measurement results can be transferred to your PC or notebook via the RS-232 interface. The special feature of this meter is that the wireless/wireless data transmission for measuring hard-to-reach or large areas, as any restriction due to cable lengths is eliminated. Main areas of application are the measurement of light transmission on car or vehicle windows as well as on various glass products such as windows and doors. With this device, you can also determine whether the applied tint film on the rear window or the side windows efficiently but also permitted in terms of the tinting according to StVZO/TÜV. You can also determine the loss of light through a plexiglass cover. With the mobile WTM-1200, quick checks on site in authorities and industrial operations can be carried out without a large cost.
